The FP7 Information System in Africa

This report, written in January 2009, reviews the status of Africa's National Information Point (NIP) network. NIPs are individuals appointed by national governments, with the endorsement of the European Commission, to provide information about the European Union's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). The report concludes with recommendations for implementing an accredited NIP system in sub-Saharan Africa.
